Chic, modern hotel with great service – unfortunately very thin walls.

Stayed here for two nights on business. The hotel is very chic and modernly furnished and is located in the middle of downtown Dortmund – it is only about three minutes to the streetcar, and there are two stations in different directions. The staff was very friendly throughout.
The bed was very comfortable, the shower nice and large, water pressure and bathroom absolutely sufficient. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, which was very pleasant. A balcony is also available – I did not use it, but it is nice to have, especially for smokers. The air conditioning is an older model and not very easy to adjust, but it was always pleasantly cool.
The biggest point of criticism is the lack of soundproofing: I clearly heard footsteps in the hallway while in bed, as well as noises from above. My room was located relatively far forward, about the third one next to the elevator – the noise level was correspondingly high.
The gym did not convince me as much. It is located in the sauna area and looks like a glass box; equipment and dumbbells are available, but I found the environment not very appealing.
Overall, a very chic, modern city center hotel with great service, which is primarily hindered by the lack of soundproofing.

A central location with easy parking and good access to the surrounding areas. Friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay.

Highly recommended

Good hotel in a central downtown location. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Thanks to the central location, all important sights and shops were easily reachable on foot. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend this hotel at any time.
