Perfect stay!

Location: absolutely central in the city center, 5 minutes to the subway.
Amenities: Spacious, well-furnished apartment, beautiful courtyard
Staff: very friendly, competent, helpful, in a good mood
Otherwise: Free coffee in the morning, fair price for the apartment
What pleased me especially: The establishment openly declares: against the far-right, for diversity

Chic hotel with Ruhr area flair, very central and top service

Stayed here for two nights on business. The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, just about a four-minute walk from the train station; the nearest subway station can be reached in around two and a half minutes, and the way back to the train station is also uncomplicated.
The rooms have a consistent Ruhr area and mining flair, with matching motifs and many small details throughout the building – this is very chicly implemented and I really liked it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean, and the shower had nice high pressure. In the room there was free water, a capsule coffee machine, and a safe.
The air conditioning worked very well throughout: The room was pre-cooled to about 68 degrees on a hot day and could subsequently be adjusted freely as desired. The staff was extremely friendly. The elevator is indeed very old, but it fits well with the mining charm of the building.
Overall an all-around successful stay – clear recommendation.

Perfect city stay

Very good city hotel. Super friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area. Nothing to complain about.

A very relaxing, well thought out hotel with plenty of chill. I really loved the nods to Dortmund's industrial past in the mining related decor.

A wonderful week in Dortmund

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of the city and close to central Station. Super breakfast, all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
I enjoyed the use of the gym most days. I had a balcony and a city view which is not always the case for solo travellers. The hotel was spotlessly clean and would chose this hotel again the next time I am in Dortmund to watch BVB.
