Unhygienic and in need of renovation
We were accommodated at Vößhorn 11, Apartment 8.
The refrigerator was not running properly, there were brown/yellow urine stains behind and around the toilet, and water leaked around the drain pipe when flushing. Animals had already nested under the toilet. The heaters were partially rusted and the paint was flaking off. A light bulb was missing and the wallpaper is peeling around the sink. It smelled very musty in the entire house. The floor in the apartment was uneven. We had pointed out the deficiencies to the "host" and received a 15% refund as a gesture of goodwill (not out of insight). We refrained from renovation measures and kitchen handymen during our annual vacation- especially since some notes regarding the condition had already been published on Booking.com (already 2 years ago).
We then decided to depart early and requested a 50% refund due to a lack of relaxation and the conditions in the apartment. In addition, we had given her the opportunity to at least somewhat remedy the defects before the arrival of new guests and initially refrained from publishing a review. She then threatened us with a lawyer and threw the term "blackmail" into the room.
We are distancing ourselves from that.
Rather, the host should rethink her concept and renovate her apartments.

Nicht Hundefreundlich!
Von Hundefreundlich kann wohl keine Rede sein, dabei hatte ich es in der Buchung sowie in der Buchungsbestätigung explizit erwähnt das ich nur unter der Voraussetzung buche.
Unfassbar.
Nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Sehr enttäuschend

5 Tage Cuxhaven Duhnen Nordsee
Das Bad ist groß genug und sauber. Die ganze Wohnung ist sauber und alles funktioniert. Das Schlafzimmer ist in das Wohnzimmer integriert. Es gibt ein Schrankklappbett das zum Benutzen ausgeklappt werden muss. Der Fernseh kann von der Couch und dem Bett eingesehen werden. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.
