Brazilian themed hotel. Very clean and welcoming. A short taxi ride to the harbour area. Would stay there again without hesitation.

I felt misled by the hotel’s marketing. Apart from the room, almost nothing looked or felt the way it did in the photos.
The lobby served as the reception area, breakfast room, bar, and staff hangout all at once. Overall, the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and considering the price, I was very disappointed.
When we arrived, the receptionist spoke neither English nor German, which made communication difficult. The check-in process was also frustrating. It is one thing to offer self-check-in, but it is quite another to force guests to use it, even when they actively ask the staff for help.

The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!

The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels.
The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card.

Do it again!

We were very well received by Mariana, Julia, Rita and Krys! Thank you very much for the warm welcome for the surprise that made my mom celebrating her 60th birthday! The hotel is great and the staff makes it exceptional!
