The lobby was really dirty in the morning.
The hotel is loud if you have a room on the street side.
The personal is doing a good job, polite and was attentive.

Nobody there when we arrived.
Booked a room through Hotels.com around 8-9 in the evening. Got confirmation thst we had a room waiting for us.
When we got there, the reception was closed. No room for us. No information when we booked that this was the case. The confirmation email says welcome to your room, all is good.
Very bad experiance.
Had to drive a lot more, 2 motorcycle, rain and late at night to find a place where the Staff actually also work in the evening!!!

Information say that there is a restaurant and a bar but it is closed
There is no staff at check in
The Doors are open and the lift is open so anyone can come in to to hotel that is very low security
But at checkout the staff showsup to say goodbye
Better to say welcome and have a control over the the hotel

Dont stay here .

Hesse hotel is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Reception. When first getting here there was little advice or help with anything . Bar was not open no food was being sold . Breakfast. Choice of breakfast was egg or hotdog sausages no bacon very poor selection of continental choices tinned fruit at best . When ask for bacon or something told there isn't any and shunned away. Having stayed here for 4 days in a room with no Internet never cleaned even though requested had to chase for clean towels . Staff make you feel terrible everything is hassle for them. There are better hotels around the area for a similar price after talking to people . Please dont spoil your holiday by staying here .

Pros: Breakfast i.O. Dinner i.O. Rooms available! Staff was always eager!
Cons: Reception not, open 24:00 hours, as in the internal. Expelled.
Hotel bar not open until 00:00. No you. Contact person (We give
your complaint further). Tel. Units Price not shown on the phone.
Dinner from 18:00 to 19:00!(Are we in the Bundeswehr?) The restaurant has ldt. Internally open from 18:00 to 22:00, at 20:00 was closed.
Since none of this is true, this is FRAUD!
The staff told us they don't work less than 10.00 hours a day.
Due to the given opening hours I actually wanted my birthday
