Customer Service

Unfortunately I was unable to make the trip due to some personal circumstances, I explained my situation to the hotel and they offered me a 100% refund. Although I never had chance to stay here, the customer service was excellent :)))))))))

My experiences!

For a stay to bridge (professional) I booked in June 24 for 30 days a single room with WiFi, TV and shower. Wi-Fi available on almost no day, TV only public channels, the devices constantly shut down or have no sound. The shower area/toilet is unheated and like the other areas has not been cleaned all the time, every 10 days stand a roll of toilet paper on the rickety table. Toilet basin calcified and partly black, showers were mostly only possible with cold or lukewarm water (55 degrees are regulation). The mattresses completely sagged - feathers only lasted through the fabric. The described occupation of the reception is always only given from 15:00 at the earliest, the few employees are usually friendly. Fire extinguishers are permanently used to keep the doors open, no one is interested in safety advice! Oh yes, the heating did not go at all or only slightly tepid for several days. All in all, several subsequently written emails regarding an explanation were not answered or the conditions were declared as standard. A short-term change in the possible cost frame for this time was no longer possible, so the motto - eyes closed and through - was an incredible experience! I can of course prove all descriptions (e.g. photos).
Nothing is as advertised here!
