Not bad.

It's not a bad guesthouse just because there's a subway station nearby.
Clean, but they didn't change the laundry or clean the room for five days.
Toilet and shower are out of room.
Not a bad kitchen. There's a shared fridge.
Relatively far from the center.
There is a good market and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nothing for the discerning

Unfortunately, the place was not what we expected. We knew it was easy with shared toilet and shower. However, two toilets in 8/9 rooms are too little. And there was no ventilation whatsoever. There was a fan. It was not possible to open windows because there was a lot of traffic outside. Plus - the place was clean but it didn't feel fresh. Nothing for us pensioners in other words.

Great spot with a light airy room, very clean and close to everything with lovely staff at a reasonable price, highly recommended!!

Everything would have been fine, had we not had to purchase an AC at our own expense in the hottest month of the year in Berlin.
