I loved my stay. The rooms were superb. Staff were lovely. Location of hotel was very good and i loved the area.

Excellent service and well equipped rooms -

The combination of high servcie level, nice rooms and option for breakfast outside made it a very good choiche - only minor details could be improved

My experience from staing in the NH Berlin Kurfurstendamm Hotel 29-th June to 1-st July

Nice hotel, but It was very noisy in the room because the location of my part of the hotel is right next to the railway tracks

Well-located hotel close to mass transit, with clean, comfortable rooms

Well-located hotel close to mass transit, with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient 24-hour kiosk downstairs. Friendly bald desk clerk. Chilled fruit water in the lobby.
Only negative was that the gym opens at 8am, which really doesn't suit us fitness types. There's a sign on the gym saying you can ask at the front desk for the gym to be opened earlier, but when we tried we were told "that is not possible" in a very German way.
Generally nice neighborhood, especially the Kurfurstendamm side. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, luxury shopping. We would happily stay here again.

Just to explain why we are opening the gym not before 8 am. There are rooms directly under and beside the gym.
And as you can imagine, guests staying in these rooms would be disturbed by the noise if the gym were used before 8 a.m.
The note about opening earlier than 8 a.m. is listed under the sauna's hours, not the gym's.
It is wonderful to hear you enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood and would consider returning. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you again for another pleasant stay.

Gurranteed booking was over sold to someone for arriving late

I had unfortunate experience of arriving late past 12 and had a guaranteed booking (not post paid not cancelable already charged). Despite that they gave the room to someone, charged my business card and refused me to check in. Neveragain!! Hotel itself is not bad, infact I have stayed few times in the past and can recommend it if you are staying in the area.
