Short break in Berlin

Stayed for three nights. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had a nice room overlooking a park. Reception is only open until 6pm. Not sure of arrangements if you arrive later.
The room was ensuite and the shower was fantastic!
Great location too. Handy for tram stop and U Bahn. Would stay here again.

Great location

5 min walk to train station. Trams also stop at Rosenthal Plaza., Which is a very busy junction. Hotel next to a park which we didn't t use as February and cold. Ice on the pond. Bars and restaurants also walking distance. Ate in Gorky Park - Russian restaurant - recommend dumplings.
. Large modern room, good shower. Receptionist very helpful with maps and which sites we could walk to.

Great weekend in Berlin

Just come back from a really lovely weekend in Berlin.
Hotel was perfect in so many ways.
Location - the hotel is next to a park in a nice area of Berlin with plenty of cool bars and restaurants. There is a really nice coffee shop downstairs for breakfast and a superb Vietnamese restaurant in the same building - the food was really fresh and tasty. The hotel is a 20 min walk for the centre through nice shops restaurants and bars etc.
Rooms - The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. We looked out onto the park and the road and it was not noisy.
Customer Service - staff were really helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.
Value for money - great value rooms.

great place to stay

3 of us stayed in this hotel and shared a room. we had a very large room which was really clean. Hotel is in a great location just 5 minutes from metro station. The staff were great on the day we checked out our flight was not till late and they kept our bags for us while we went out for the day.

Perfect Hotel

Brilliant Location it is only about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Lovely room and very comfortable. Room was cleaned daily and the standard was very high. Staff very friendly and always helpful. They provided a free map which was very useful for sightseeing and making your way around Berlin.
