Top hotel in the best location.

Super hotel in a very good location. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely furnished and also pleasantly quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable – even more so than my own at home. I felt completely at ease and will definitely return. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The price-performance ratio is perfect.

Best experience ever!

Worst experience ever.
Starting with intentional inflexibility, to make more money, this hotel has shown to be able to not be immediately professional from the beginning. After my visit, which I arrived late, the room was canceled to give priority to other guests, keeping my money on their side. Everything here was in bad faith.

Experience in Berlin

The location is not the best, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the rooms are very small, and the bedding is worn out and has dust remnants.

Great location. Extra thick windows to block noise. Best shower ever! Room wasn't cleaned very well but everything else was great..
