A stable is luxury compared to this hotel
This hotel is an absolute disaster and by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. As soon as you enter, you encounter an unbearable, lazy and musty stench that almost takes your breath away.
The entire system is extremely dirty – dirt, stains and obvious mold infestation everywhere. It seems as if nothing has been thoroughly cleaned or maintained here for ages. Hygiene standards seem to be completely absent.
The outdoor area is no less frightening: Everything seems run-down, neglected and almost abandoned, as if the building has had better times long ago.
In this state, the hotel is an imposition. Absolutely not recommended – there is an urgent need for action in every respect.

Terrible Hotel Experience
First off the location of the hotel is quite bad, the surrounding buildings are decayed and area itself is very dirty and loud. I had to stay there for a week unfortunately and I definitely will not be making the same mistake again.
The rooms are very dirty with stains on the walls, floors and sheets as well as body hair from previous guests. The service is also terrible since for the entire week of our stay the we had not received extra towels nor toilet paper.
The hotel staff is completely unbothered with what is happening on the hotel grounds. Multiple nights there were 30+ people in the hotel courtyard (if you can call it that) screaming and laughing until very early morning.
The hotel hallways have a weird and potent smell of chemicals and from what I could smell, sewage water.
I would advise highly against staying at this hotel if you value your cleanliness and hygiene at least a little bit.

Absolutely Uninhabitable – Worst Hotel Experience Ever!
I booked a room for two people at Hotel Grand Inn from December 12 to December 14, 2025. We arrived early to collect the keys and inspect the room — and were shocked by what we found.
All rooms offered were totally unacceptable:
️ Deformed mattresses — the surface was uneven and impossible to sleep on;
Extremely dirty rooms — dirt in the corners, as if no cleaning was done;
Dirty towels with lint and signs of use;
Two cockroaches ran out of the shower area in one room;
A staff member who inspected the rooms was covered in animal hair, showing a complete lack of basic hygiene.
We were shown multiple rooms, all in the same poor and unsanitary condition. When I asked what to do since the reservation was valid but the rooms were uninhabitable, the staff replied: “Sorry, we can’t help.”
I asked for a refund so I could urgently book another hotel for the two nights, but I was refused, with the explanation that “the money was received through Booking.com, not by the hotel,” effectively avoiding responsibility in a critical situation.
❗ None of the rooms met even minimum accommodation standards.
⚠️ Unsanitary conditions, cockroaches, dirty towels, deformed beds, no assistance from staff, and refusal of refund in a critical situation.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Very dirty! Beds are made, but not newly made. Toilet was dirty from the previous user, you had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Showering should be left out, as the water not only stinks but also has germs. From the outside hui and from the inside hui . You shouldn't pay anything for that. Real usury . Staff was nice but that should be in for the price at least .0 points
