Super satisfied!
We are pleasantly surprised! From the outside you wouldn't necessarily think so, but our family apartment was modern, super clean, high-quality, and pleasantly air-conditioned.
Also great is the super nice reception and the large air-conditioned lounge area with an outdoor terrace in the entrance area.

Excellent hotel!
Arrived quite early, before the check-in time, after a long flight, super nice welcoming by the hotel staff and got the room upon arrival.
The rooms are clean and well equipped.
The area around the hotel is close to the Kudamm attractions and stores but still very quiet.
Great hotel, I will definitely stay again.

Be careful: Misleading information on air conditioning
I booked this hotel explicitly because of the feature of “individually adjustable air conditioning” in the higher room categories. In reality, however, this promise turns out to be a deliberate deception of the guest.
Despite an outside temperature of 5 °C it was constantly 24 °C warm in the room at night. Cooling down was technically impossible. My husband, an electronics technician by profession (Federal Network Agency), was able to determine expertly on site that the cooling compressor was not switched on centrally, although the panel was set to maximum cooling. The system only operated in ineffective ventilation mode.
Upon multiple requests, the reception staff finally openly admitted that the cooling function is centrally controlled and only enabled from an outside temperature of approximately 23 °C. The advertised feature “individually adjustable” therefore does not actually exist, but is deactivated at the discretion of management in order to save costs.
Particularly disappointing: I was denied written confirmation of this central throttling despite four requests. Anyone who values a cool room and honest promises of performance should avoid this house. The case has been notified to the Competition Centre for competition investigation.

Gerne möchten wir an dieser Stelle kurz erläutern, dass unsere Klimaanlage saisonabhängig gesteuert wird und der Kühlbetrieb erst bei entsprechend stabilen Außentemperaturen aktiviert wird. Eine individuelle Umschaltung auf Kühlmodus ist daher in dieser Übergangszeit technisch nicht möglich.
Selbstverständlich haben wir Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts mehrere alternative Zimmer angeboten sowie verschiedene Lösungsansätze aufgezeigt, die jedoch nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen haben.
Um dennoch eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden, haben wir Ihnen bereits vor Ort eine entsprechende Preisreduzierung für Ihren Aufenthalt angeboten.

well located property within easy walking to a host of great restaurants, my favourite was the Lebanese across the Park 100 yards from hotel. Kurfurstendamm was 150 yards and access to the city very easy. Staff were welcoming and efficient and room spacious and clean - all that was needed for a hassle free well priced stay in the centre.
