Great equipment, everything available

Really great apartment... well furnished and everything we needed for 1 week... also liked that everything was clean, fresh bed linen, towels, shower gel... communication was good, checking in went exactly as agreed

Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed with Berlin Habitat for two months. They have a number of apartments in Berlin; we stayed in one next to Volkspark am Weinbergsweg. The apartment was clean and well-furnished. It was conveniently located next to transit, shopping and great restaurants. The cafe downstairs, Bei Maria, was great. Management was flexible and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Last minute booking, an excellent apartment

It is not the cheapest, but it was because I came during the new year celebrations. I would not have booked it because it was a bit expensive for me. You should understand that Berlin Habitat have a number of apartments in different locations in the Mitte district. The location of the apartment I rented is close to the Centre, but it is not central. It would be a different experience for you unless you rented the same apartment.
In terms of cleanness and the correctness of description, I rate it Excellent. In terms value for money, I rate it average. In terms of easy to find, I rate it above average.
There are cheaper alternatives, but it is a good choice if it is in your price range. The accommodations in Berlin in general are good and cheap in comparison to London or Paris, but you have to book it well in advance.

Fantastic

My wife and I had a great time at the Berlin Habitat apartment. The apartment was in great condition and located centrally in a charming residential area. The subway was less than 5 minutes away. We stayed in an apartment on the 5th floor overlooking the park. It had a great view, comfy bed and fast wifi.

Great management!
Stefan is the best
Highly professional.
We have stayed in 3 different apartments and all were super clean, modern, well maintained
Stefan is easy to reach and responds quickly on Internet.
Zero crime, great location, great restaurants steps from the door.
Wifi was strong and perfect.
I read the one terrible review about here and totally disagree.
Park was fine, no criminal types, all was perfect.
We will never stay anywhere except Stefans!
