Largest newest rooms I’ve stayed in, while in Europe. The AC is challenging, but the location is ideal, would definitely stay there again

Great breakfast. Keyless entry. Parking was a bit cramped but very secure. Great staff and right downtown in Amberg

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel in central location, close to the train station.
Clean, modern with flair. Modern and spacious rooms with a thought of mountain scenery in the city.
Friendly staff.
Many restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance and also surrounded by all historical and cultural sites of Amberg.

Great hotel with some limitations.

Nice hotel with a great location in the downtown area! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, clean bathroom! The rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy a cocktail in the evening. Here, you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast! Freshly squeezed orange juice costs an extra €4! Self-cooking (!!) for egg dishes except for scrambled eggs. I expected something different for €19. On Sundays, it is better for guests not to go for breakfast! Every seat was taken and long lines at the buffet. The poor staff could not keep up with the refilling. There were many "non-hotel guests" at breakfast.

Our room was perfect for our three night stay in Amberg. The room was clean, had plenty of space and seating. The staff were very helpful and speak English. They work hard every day to make us feel welcome. The hotel is very close to the train station and the town is an amazing place to visit. I will recommend this to my friends and family.
