The hotel that goes above & beyond

Our stay at the Demi hotel has been outstanding! The hotel is modern, clean & the views are incredible!
The highlight of the trip has been the personal care & attention given to us by Eliana. She helped us with all our needs & went above and beyond her role!
We will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone!

Superb - Hotel Demi, Sarande

Wonderful clean and friendly hotel, the reception team were all extremely helpful. The hotel is literally a five minute walk from the popular promenade which makes is a peaceful place to stay. We had a day trip via taxi to Ksamil €20 which was wonderful.
Then we took a public bus to Gjirocaster, hot stuffy bus but only €12 return fare, 1.5 hour trip one way.

Very hit and miss

We went to this bar on a Thursday night to have a drink and scope it out for a beach day the next day. Spoke to a nice woman at the entrance and got a sunbed price, had a nice drink, took photos on their hammocks over the water, then left. Came back the next day and the guy doubled the price. I understand supply and demand but there were 3 people on the sunbeds. I told him about my conversation the night before but he said he didn't believe me.
We decided to go to the bar and spend the money on drinks instead, and sit on a hammock, but they sunbed guy came and spoke to the bartender, and said we could drink but couldn't use a hammock they were for hotel guests only. Again, didn't believe we were there last night even though we had photos there, and it was the same guy who served us our drinks! Hostile environment from the stadd, i completely understand needing to make money but this was so obviously gouging and so uncomfortable.

First time to beautiful Sarandë from Norway!

For our first visit to beautiful Sarandë we chose Demi Hotel because of the location and close proxemity to the boardwalk and restaurants - and we hit the hotel jackpot! Welcoming atmosphere, staff and delightful rooms with beautiful seviews. Great in-house restaurant with a great, tasty selection for all likings! Private beachfront with sunbeds, serviceminded staff and a great lunch & drinks menu! Will definately be coming back to Demi next time we visit! Looking forward to see how the new addition and pool turns out! Thanks for having us, we really enjoyed ourselves!☀️
