Review Title: The highlight of our trip – exceptional family-run hospitality!
We stumbled upon this wonderful hotel and restaurant, and it turned out to be the absolute highlight of our travels. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we were treated less like checking-in guests and more like returning old friends.
Here is why this place is a must-visit:
The Warmest Welcome: You can immediately tell this is a family-run business. The pride they take in their establishment shines through in every single detail. The owners and their staff go completely above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, offering brilliant local recommendations with genuine smiles.
Charming & Immaculate Rooms: The hotel itself strikes the perfect balance between cozy, traditional charm and modern comfort. Our room was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with thoughtful little touches that you just don't get at big chain hotels.
An Absolute Feast: Now, let’s talk about the restaurant. Wow. The food alone is worth traveling for. Every dish tasted like a labor of love, packed with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and authentic flavors. The breakfast spread was spectacular, and our dinners were easily some of the best meals we've ever had.
Pro Tip: Don't skip dessert! Ask the family what their homemade specialty is for the day—you won't regret it.
It is incredibly rare to find a place that nails both top-tier accommodation and world-class dining, all while maintaining a soulful, welcoming atmosphere. We left feeling completely refreshed and spoiled.

This property definitely worth its stars. A splendid boutique hotel run by a nice young family, which they went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Although I didn’t have breakfast included, I was offered coffee and sweet snacks as crepes or cake in the morning. It’s on a beautiful paved street, which was not too crowded or noisy at night and very close to the beach. They run a grill restaurant downstairs with very good food. Definitely recommended, this palace is fantastic. Thank you

Hotel Parid- Amazing
This hotel is out standing. It is a family run business which is even better. We arrived late and the husband was so lovely he cooked us a lovely meal and a free bottle of wine.
His wife is also so kind and she makes lovely breakfasts in the morning. We went to eat in some restaurants but they were never better than the food in hotels restaurant. They are a very kind family and if you want local people who are willing to make you feel welcome. This place is highly recommended.
If we were to come back we will come back every time.

A gem of a hotel with an amazing host!
Hotel Parid is an absolute gem of a hotel with a warm lovely host (and her family).
- How to get there? -
The hotel is easily found located just 100 meters of the main road in the south part of Ksamil.
- First Impression -
At first sight the hotel might not win the price beauty. The building looks plain, but doesn’t show the high value inside. I might recommended to decorate the outside with for example hanging plants, festivity lights or small ornaments.
- Reception/check-in -
The great lovely warm host has care and hospitality at the highest. You felt immediately welcome like coming home ❤️. Check-in went fast, even there was no reception, but downstairs is a sort of kitchen/reception area, and otherwise you can call her (they live in the same building on the top floor). The host welcomed us and walked with us to our rooms to check if all was alright and to show us around.
- Room -
The room was stunning, with a beautiful modern white bathtub that looks out of a museum! Cozy beds, even a bit hard, but one might like that. Great towels, and all amenities needed like soap etc. There was sadly no kettle, but later understood it had broken down. All is modern like the bathroom, everything renovated to the newest and highest standards.
The only improvement point is the hot water in the hotel. The hot water runs on solar-power, but if there is not enough sun, there is no hot water. There is a boiler storage of hot water, but it is only 600 liters, which is for a hotel not much when people take a shower. Me as myself had problems with the hot water, even the host did her best, it still wasn’t enough for example filling the bathtub which (ran out of hot water after 1/3th full) was a bit of a pity because the bathtub is stunning. My friend had in the morning only a cold shower because there was no hot water. Something the host could look into and improve by for example a different system. But besides this, everything was excellent! There was AC, tv (netflix and youtube), and a quiet room when the windows are closed (even now and then there might be some crickets tsjirping)
- Surrounding -
The surrounding is fantastic! Left across the hotel there is a café with good breakfast. The hotel itself does have breakfast made by the host for €7, Albanian style, as well delicious!
Turning right following the boulevard straight, you will find a beautiful beach and lovely restaurants. Mr. Chicken was our favorite!
CONCLUSION
This hotel is a gem in a beautiful location, not too crowded, with an amazing lovely host! Price was just €35 euros!

Brand new Family Hotel in Ksamil
We had an amazing experience at the new (Jun2025), family run hotel Parid in the amazing village of Ksamil.
From pre check in throughout the whole stay.
On the day of the arrival at 10:30am the owner sended me a message via Whatsapp to inform the room was ready. We only would arrive on the evening as we were travelling from Tirana.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owners - Miranda and her husband. Who are always there to help with a friendly, relaxed attitude.
They do all, almost alone. From home made breakfast in the morning, cleaning and organizing the rooms, to coffee, pancakes and ice cream in the afternoon until almost midnight.
They are hard working family, and do it with care and excellence and a smile on the face.
-The Breakfast is delicious, fresh and nutritive, and they are super flexible with the time. Its from 8 to 10am but often we ate until 10:30am…
The coffee is also the best I tried in Albania. They buy quality coffee because „they offer the clients the same coffee the want for themselves“.
- The room is new, linen is new and made of quality material.
- The location is great, far enough from the crazy late night music beach clubs, but close enough from the beach and local market and restaurants. Everything is a 5/10min walk on this paradisiac beach coast area.
- Ksamil is amazing. One of the best beach experiences I ever had. And I have been around.
Highly recommend - and please remember - be kind to your hosts - they will go out of their way to please their guests
