The hotel itself is nice. Pool is nice but pool area way to small for the amount of rooms. Don't count on getting a sunbed. Location is great. Pretty clean. Breakfast was pretty bad. However the absolutely worst thing was the service and staff. Absolutely horrible.
As an albanian myself I always hate to have to tell people that Albania is not ready for the level of tourism today because people don't understand hospitality or how to be service minded enough to welcome tourists. And no where in Albania has that been quite as obivous as at this hotel. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Everything seemed like a bother. Whenever we were approached it was with attitude. Because of this I would not go back even if it was for free.

Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good.
I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad.
Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here.

Great hotel in the perfect spot. Near great sunbeds, and multiple clubs. Five minutes walk to lost and a few more to city center. Really nice guys and excellent pool area and breakfast. 10 out of 10 from both me and my girlfriend.
