The best room I’ve stayed in Albania. Amazing bed. Perfect bathroom. Great breakfast. Very clean room.

Value for money Nayel hotel in a great location

Arrived Friday 31st Oct earlier than the check in but they had a room ready. As mentioned there are only a select few with balconies and road views which was a shame but the room itself was clean bed looked great had a fridge tv and decent bathroom all in great condition. We dropped our luggage and explored and within minutes we had everything we could want including thr beach and even in Oct/Nov it was still busy enough and weather was fantastic. Next morning we sampled our 1st breakfast which I couldn't fault and staff were extremely helpful to top up and help where necessary. They cleaned our rooms regularly and were always asking if we were OK which we were. For us the stairs up was no issue and the small intimate feel also no problem would defo stay again as we loved Durres

Overwhelmingly positive

Very nice hotel. Good but slightly simple breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Will be more than happy to return.
On the minus side: no pool, no elevator and no high chairs.

It was a nice stay. The staff were all very friendly. The room was nice. The buffet breakfast was actually decent. Only complaint would be the hotel WiFi was really totally useless. I had my iPhone for a hotspot, but the WiFi there was really bad. Otherwise, all around high marks and would certainly recommend it

Worst hotel experience ever – avoid this hotel

Okay, the rooms have been renewed, but what we got was a disaster: all the way in the corner, no window where you could really see out, and the so-called balcony felt like a concrete trench – zero daylight, zero view.
Upon arrival: steep stairway up with suitcases, and no help from the staff. The car park was at the very back, hard to find and awkwardly accessible.
We had booked through a travel company, which apparently arranged the cheapest room. That's not our fault. When we asked for another room, we had to pay extra as if it was a luxury upgrade.
But as soon as we said we would leave because we had booked a hotel elsewhere, suddenly a large amount could be paid off.
Very unprofessional and unreliable feeling.
We left and booked elsewhere.
For us never again this hotel.
