Excellent family run small personal hotel

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this charming, family-run hotel after travelling from Durrës. From the moment we arrived, Bianco and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.
Our quad room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail reflected the care and pride the owners take in the hotel.
Breakfast was outstanding: generous, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious, providing the perfect start to the day.
The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main street, making it easy to explore the town. What really set this stay apart, however, was Bianco’s kindness. He personally drove us to the castle and later to the bus station, a level of service that went far beyond our expectations.
If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay with impeccable service, spotless accommodation, and genuinely caring hosts, I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend as a Base to explore Berat - friendly family, tasty food, beautiful gardens and exceptional value!

We booked Blen Grand for a last minute trip to Berat and we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel was as its so cheap!!
It's family run, with mum and son.
The rooms are basic but perfect for a base for exploring the local area.
The family were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is right on the road as you go into Berat, and they have a lovely green garden and seating to enjoy your morning coffee (which is also very delicious!)

The best place in Berat.

The best pancake ever and traditional food.
The place is very clean and quiet..Small sweet Haus made by wood.like you are in fairy tales.the staff was very polite and respectful.
100 Worth it. Beautiful garden.

Fully renovated old villa in a garden of hesperides and other fruit trees!

Located in walking distance from the exquisite old town, this brand new hotel is so clean that you take deep breaths when you walk in. Our 3-bed room was spacey and bright, surrounded by a long balcony over the garden. Breakfast in the garden was dreamy; special dinnerware, special service, special traditional tastes of homemade marmalades, pancakes, omelette, fresh salad and fresh fruits!

Review

Marvellous views of the river and the mountain. Buce service and very cosy place. You can use the local track tu run and enjoy the fresh air in the morning delicious home made food cooked with organic ingredients
