Great Hotel & Good service from staff

Wonderful Anniversary Stay
Dear Team,
We recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience.
Our room was upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom King Suite (Room 702), which made our celebration even more special. A special thank you to Thai lady at reception for his outstanding hospitality. He explained everything clearly and arranged all the amenities perfectly for us.
The hotel is truly friendly, and we also enjoyed dining at restaurant. The food and service were excellent.
Thank you once again for making our anniversary memorable. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and look forward to returning again. From Alson Lim

The room was not cleaned upon arrival. I went to get my son’s bed ready and found previous sheets on the sofa bed and crayons and crumbs in the bed. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed and previous people’s chapstick still on the floor next to the bed. Pubic hair on the floor and in the toilet in the bathroom. Toothpaste still smeared on the bathroom counter from previous people’s in the room. They had someone come up to vacuum the room and change the sheets at 9pm. The hotel is in a nice area and could be a great location. The management only offered free breakfast each time I complained. I did not take the free breakfast and told them all I wanted was a clean room for my family. The toothpaste from the previous tenants was still there on day 3 of our stay. Will not stay at this property again.

Checkin was a little chaotic and negative but the same employee made it right the next day! The bed was very comfortable, AC was amazing BUT base of toilet was filthy so that was the only negative review of the room.

Staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The breakfast was actually great. The rooms unfortunately did not match the rest of the experience. Bedding was clean and very comfortable. Older carpet, popcorn ceiling, small dated bathroom with very dated plumbing fixtures/finishes. Shower in particular was something that you don't feel comfortable touching. Curtain rod was partially broken from the wall which caused it to remain open 8-10 inches on both ends. It let the cool air in and the scalding hot water out onto the floor. The state park I was camping at actually had a comparable bathroom if not better. I would likely opt for a different hotel if I was in the area even though the rate was solid for a late night booking.
