The staffs were friendly and helpful. They responded to our requests immediately.
The lamp buds and toilet were fixed once the call was made. Toiletries items were sent just after we placed our requests.
Thank you to all the staffs from Tiara Labuan Hotel.
The only suggestion I would like to make:
Maybe the hotel will have to perform a pest control because I have been suffering from bedbugs' bites since my 2nd night in the hotel.
Thank you.
