We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at Hotel Olimpico.
The hotel lived fully up to our expectations. And we enjoy our stay. Nice pool area, great rooms and really delicious breakfast. The hotel’s restaurant also makes really great food.
Should I point to a place that can be improved, then you can order food from the pool bar at 14:30, or you can get pizza from 12:30.
Car is necessary as the hotel is not located by a city, there are really good parking options by the hotel.
The beach, with free sun loungers, is 2 min walk away.
Friendly and welcoming staff.
The hotel lived fully up to our expectations. And we enjoy our stay. Nice pool area, great rooms and really delicious breakfast. The hotel’s restaurant also makes really great food.

Naples and the Amalfiteran coast. We plan to visit the hotel again in March.
Convenient transfer from Salerno. A variety of breakfasts. Responsive staff. A decent dinner. Balcony room is clean.

What a beautiful hotel. Food was amazing and the whole place was spotless. The shuttle bus is great too nothing was any hassle. Will definitely recommend.

Upsetting experience
My family and I stayed at Hotel Olimpico for a week begining 31st July 2026, first day after breakfast i popped to the toilet, gone for approx 2 mins, by the time i got back to the eight steps to the pool area the gardener had watered the plants and had left a puddle for me to slip on, i damaged my back and was taken to hospital in their bus for an xray fearing i had broken my hip, as i have read in previous reviews if you are not Italian they did not care one bit. I had just counted out over 3.000 euros for a family room and double, the family room was tiny, i spent the rest of the week in terrible pain, i used the pool as a sort of hydrotherapy for my pain, two days later me and two other members of my had sore genetalia, on reading about the reasons of this it was due to the heat of the pool, very unhygienic apparently to have the pool over a certain temperature due to germs multiplying, This hotel is very expensive and show no interest or empathy to British travellers, would never return

However, after personally looking into the circumstances of the incident with our team, I feel it is important to clarify some points in your review, particularly regarding the assistance you received.
Immediately after your fall, our staff made themselves available to help you. You were personally taken to hospital with the Hotel Olimpico shuttle, completely free of charge, so that you could receive medical attention and undergo the necessary checks. Members of our team also assisted you afterwards, including personally going to purchase medication and creams for you.
For this reason, we are particularly saddened by the statement that our staff “did not care one bit” and showed no empathy towards you because you are British. This is simply not consistent with the assistance that was actually provided. Our colleagues went out of their way to help you during a difficult moment, and I believe it is only fair to acknowledge their efforts rather than suggest that your nationality influenced the care you received. Hotel Olimpico welcomes guests from all over the world, and we categorically reject any suggestion that we treat guests differently according to nationality.
Regarding the swimming pool, we also take hygiene and water quality extremely seriously. The pool is subject to regular controls and maintenance in accordance with the required standards. Therefore, attributing the symptoms experienced by members of your family specifically to the temperature or hygiene of our pool is a conclusion that we cannot confirm without appropriate medical or technical evidence.
We respect your opinion regarding the size of the family room and are sorry that it did not meet your expectations.
Above all, we regret that your fall affected what should have been an enjoyable family holiday. At the same time, however, I feel a responsibility as Manager to defend our staff when their genuine efforts and considerable assistance are portrayed as indifference. From the moment of the accident, our team did everything reasonably possible to support and assist you.

Great availability
