An incredibly beautiful guest house
An incredible place!!! I recommend it to everyone and from the bottom of my heart! The owner of the guest house, Evgeny, is a very friendly and welcoming person. He was helpful in all matters, helped organize a trip to the mountains, gave recommendations on where to go, how best to get somewhere, and generally helped in everything and everything he could:) The hostess Alla prepared breakfast for the guests, was always friendly and positive for the whole day :)
The courtyard is very neat and tidy, everything is clean. It's almost always quiet around and you want to enjoy this silence and the atmosphere around you.
Very nice, spacious rooms. Many rooms have balconies where you can comfortably relax with a cup of coffee or tea. The only drawback is that you can smoke on the balconies, and if your neighbor smokes, the smell penetrates through the open balcony door and does not wear off for a long time:(
There is a small pond with fish and frogs.
Local amenities include a small swimming pool, a steam room (for a fee), a salt room, a gym, a self-cooking kitchen, and a large gazebo in the courtyard.
In general, our entire delegation (there were 6 of us) was indescribably delighted with the owners and their amazing guest house :)

A green oasis in the metropolis.
Great place, cozy rooms, wonderful equipment, delicious homemade breakfasts, soulful hosts! Be sure to come back again and recommend this "oasis" to your friends and loved ones! Thank you for your hospitality!!

An oasis of coziness and taste ❤️
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing stay at the Pan Asian Boutique Hotel. This place is a real oasis of coziness, taste and warmth. Every detail here is thought out lovingly, from the stylish interior with Oriental accents to the fragrant morning coffee served with such warmth as if you were visiting old friends.

Stayed at Pan Asiat and were absolutely delighted! Cozy boutique hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere - quiet, green, feel at home. Rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully designed.
Hotel owners Eugene and Alla are very polite and sympathetic, always ready to help and answer any questions. Breakfast is delicious, homemade. Thank you very much for the compliment from the hotel on your birthday!
The hotel is not in the very centre, but it is rather a plus - no fuss, and the centre is only 10-15 minutes by taxi. Excellent choice for those who want quiet, comfort and quality service. I recommend it from the heart! Thanks to the Pan Asiat team for their comfort and care!

A boutique hotel of oriental stile, well maintained by a charismatic couple. Place of absolute tranquility, silence, and home atmosphere.
Highly recommended for those looking for an escape from urbanistic stresses, and everything is provided for that.
I can hardly identified any drawbaks: just complete list of “pros ”.
This hotel is the example of how a real small boutique hotel should look like!
