Friendly, wonderful value

I have just returned from Kampala after a 2 week stay at Hotel Top Five, I’m from Ireland and from check in to check out, I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. Management and staff were lovely, very helpful, my room was spotless, food was perfect. I experienced kindness from everyone, they could not do enough for me. I sincerely will advise anyone to stay, it’s brilliant value for money, thanks to all the people working there.

WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT HOTEL TOP FIVE

Excellent service, good customer care,affordable prices, everything on point infact hotel Top Five is the best in the city, it has comfortable rooms, good hygiene the food is woowwo, for sure everyone needs to visit Top five hotel, thanks alot.

Great Customer Services!!!!

The staff was very helpfully especially (the kitchen staff).
The rooms where cleaned everyday.
I was most grateful for the Wifi since I had to communicate with family.
The location was perfect,5 minutes walk to the shopping center and main road.
However the rooms need a bit of TLC( bathrooms flooding and beds to hard)
Stayed for two weeks while visiting family.

The information provided on the web is completely wrong eg, No free bottled water as it is stated on the web, No free news paper as it is stated on their website,They have very old bed sheets which were white but now turning yellow,there is no warm water in the birth rooms, the bathroom is hard to dry out water. nO PHONE IN THE ROOM, AND THE INTERNET IN THE ROOM IN NOT THERE AS ADVERTISES.

Well situated but stingy finish

Classic budget hotel. However the kitchen is disappointing, bathrooms prone to flooding, service could do with some work. The location however is good. Accessible to even those using public transportation through ntinda. Good shopping nearby at capital shoppers.
