Satisfied

We soens one night at this hotel. Safe, clean and convenient to travel in the city. The staff is really helpful and kind. They helped us keeping our luggage after the check out time, ordering taxi to the airport.

illegal dirty hotel

illegal hotel in a residential building, only one small elevator was working, which is not sufficient for such a big building
dirty and small rooms, cleaning is horrible (virtually absent), stay away from this place and find a different hotel or apartment nearby.
sometimes it's worth to pay a bit more, but stay safe!

illegal hotel !!!! guests get evicted by police, no refunds

This hotel is illegal !!! This is not even a hotel. It`s a few apartments reconstructed into hotel rooms. The main issue is that the hotel is illegally located in a condominium where people own condos. The owners are not happy with the hotel guests and they call the police every time they see someone checking in. The police arrives and evicts whoever checked in due to the fact that the hotel cannot provide any legal documentation proving their legitimacy and right to be located in a condominium.
Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. My family and I got evicted by the police and the fake hotel staff refused to give us a refund!!! Same happened to other guests as well. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Good value for money

Hotel has good location, close to metro station, many shops, restaurants, etc. Hotel is not expensive, but cosy, with comfortable rooms and good equipped kitchen. Staff on the reception always polite and very helpful.

never again

We came there with my husband after reading good reviews. but immediately we could feel something wrong as the receptionist woman was arrogant and treated us as we were beggars. soon the problems started. First of all, we booked and paid for 10 days with a notice to prolong for five or six days more. At the reception after one week we prolonged our stay orally, promising to pay in the evening. When we wanted to pay in the evening for the rest of the days, the arrogant receptionist (Maria), told us that for the rest of the days the price increased up to almost half from we had paid before for the same room!!! when we asked why, she could not give us reasonable answer, just said that today there are a lot of tourists and they had to put the price up. (nice reason!). ok, we agreed. the next day, at 12:40 the same woman at the reception decided to create problems to us by saying that now we have to leave the room as we did not confirm our staying (!). the timeof check out was 12:00 and we tried to explain that we came here to pay and , at least, the receptionist had to call us and confirm our staying for more days. She did not want to listen to us. she just said,"You have some minutes to pack and leave the room". we were shocked as we travel a lot and nowhere else has happened like this. Having the face of the queen, she continued that she can give us the room without windows(!!!) on the 11th floor. we considered this as a joke but she said that we can have our previous room the day after. that was unbelievable!!! Knowing that to find another hotel within 20 min was almost impossible, we agreed to stay in a room without windows for one night. I must admit that when we returned back to our first room, we could see that noone was there and the receptionist just wanted to create some problems to us. What is more, she lied that people who stayed in our room complaint about the smell we had left and ordered us to pay for inconvenience. this time we were furious and told her to write the comment on tripadvisor. only after that she stopped her nasty behaviour.
to sum up, first they increase price how they want and when they want
second, they can send you to the room without windows if you complain about something (so called "punishing room")
third, they treat you like nothing
and almost every night in the neihboring room some woman was shouting having sex and it was not possible to sleep

Very good location
