Comfortable hotel. No fuss. Friendly helpful staff and in a good location for the town. Not flashy and not super crisp if that's what you're looking for but clean enough and comfortable. Breakfast 5/10 but enough and a good coffee machine in reception.

The room decor was dated and shabby. The shower cubicle was grubby and needed repair work to tiling and the shower head needed replacing.
I asked for a non smoking room but was informed by the desk clerk, who was outside smoking, that there were no non smoking rooms. I know a lot of people smoke in Turkey but I think not to be able to give guests this option is short sighted.
Their was heavy earth work going on at a site directly opposite the hotel rooms and when I spoke to him about this he shrugged his shoulders and said' finish at 8 o'clock. This situation wasnt evident when I made the booking. Needless to say I would not stay there again

One night stay, but enough

We choosed this hotel because it seemed to be the only reasonable choice when we searced via internet prior to our administration.
However, room was really awful, could hear the TV at the reception until 23:30 clearly. The was a Besiktas football match and than a Galatasaray football match. I can tell the scores and important positions of these two matches clearly because we were able listen to them at our room very loud and clear.
Shower was really dirty. I wanted to take my shower with my shoes on :)
Staff was on the other hand, nice and friendly.
I will look for an other hotel for the next time, if I have to stay in Kesan ever again :)

If I have to go to this hotel again the answer is never .... My friend came from Estonia all the way to kesan to visit so we both went to book him a hotel ... Guess what they refused me to enter the hotel simply because I had not carried my passport ... They forced to me drive out of town to go home to pick my passport and come back with my husband ... Because it's there small minded belief ....anyway I had to get my husband all the way to come to the hotel so that they can let my friend stay in the hotel .... I understand in turkey is a Muslim country but should you leave your passport at home this hotel will not welcome you or your friends or your spouse...the worst part is I was paying the room with my credit card so either way they would have my details....the worst hotel of the year ... The worst hotel I ever went too... But the rooms are good as I had gone to check .... The service front desk gets a zero from me
