And thanks to lovely Ferhat for their kind and love in our first trip with my wife as a honeymoon, at the end i wanna thank all the staff and the boss of hotel occidental taksim, love You all and i recommand this hotwl yo everyone who really wants to enjoy istanbul ( the photo is our room in 6 floor, superior double room)

Morning staff are most selfish people i have ever seen
Especially the man with ring on his ears and the yellow color girl in reception
They are the most selfish peoples i have ever seen in 5 star hotels
Also they wont clean room in your reservation is even for two days you most smell bathroom

Overall good
The stay was good. Especially the very responsive receptionists and a very warm welcome. They speak English very well so no communication problems.

Super great
We are staying at this great hotel as a couple and are super impressed. The breakfast is very varied and has a little bit of everything. If something is empty, it is refilled immediately. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. We particularly liked the spa area; since it is not visited that much, we have always had it all to ourselves so far. We booked a hammam for this evening and are already looking forward to it very much. A transfer to the airport was also taken care of. The rooms are very well insulated.

Home away from home
It was my second time staying at the Occidental Taksim and my parents first time staying at this hotel, and the experience was nothing less than fantastic.
The location of the hotel is perfect. There’s pharmacies, supermarkets, currency exchange stores, and restaurants just outside the hotel. The Havaist bus from and to the Istambul Airport is located just a few meters from the hotel. And in a few steps, you can get to Taksim Square were all the public transportations are, and to the vibrant Istiklal Avenue, for stores, restaurantes, coffe shops, bars, bookshops, etc.
The hotel is beautiful, confortable and very clean. The rooms are very spacious.
The morning breakfast, namely the turkish specialties are very tasy, varied and high quality. Everthing is delicious.
The Occidental Taksim team, from the Director, to the Sub- Director, to all staff, made us feel like home and attended all our needs.
The Barceló Group shoud be proud of this hotel team.
A warm thank you to the Director, Mr. Adem Armusen, for all your hospitality and kindness, to the Sub-Director, Mr. Baver Ekmen, perfectly fluent in spanish and english, for all the consideration, attention, efficiency, and help during our stay, to the food manager Mr. Nihat Palabiyik, for all the care towars us, to the kitchen staff, the young Mr. Emre and Mr. Efc, that everyday greeted us with a smile and attended all ours requests, and to the waiters Hasan Karadamar, always observant and helpful, and a special thank you to Mr. Hasan Demir, that is absolutely priceless in the breakfast room, always gentle, attentive and considerate towards us, caring for all our nedds, and even antecipating what we wanted, before we asked him.
A special thank you to Mr. Kemal, as well, that everyday cleaned our bedrooms with such love and care, leaving them spotless.
And to Miss Sahra from reception that welcomed us every night with a beautiful smile.
For 9 days, Occidental Taksim Hotel was our home away from home.
