Everything was beautiful except for the Sales Manager.

I went to the outdoor pool on the 13th floor around 2 a.m. on Sunday with my colleague. One of the responsible staff came in and asked for the pool to be rented on the ladies’ side and I left. I was surprised and asked to be authorized because I had been to the Newbie hotel for 2 weeks. The sales manager came.When I asked why the Newbie hadn’t been told before, he answered, “Who’s the problem friend?I rented the pool to the ladies. I got his money. They paid extra in the absence of men, so he said you need to get out of the pool."
When I asked why information was not provided in advance,
“I don’t know I don’t have to,” he said.
Friends standing at the front desk and caring friends at breakfast were very nice , polite and kind.
Except for the supervisor in the sales department, everyone was very attentive.

Some things are good some things are bad.

13. Suddenly and unscheduled, although not included in hotel guidelines The outdoor pool on the floor was said to be dedicated to women only by a sudden decision, and we had to leave the pool even after half an hour. There was no effort to compromise on the situation, and a rude attitude was shown. While you stayed with my colleague, we left the hotel after this urgent decision, which affected us negatively. Laundry service is available, but after 2-3 days, I was able to wash as a result of my prints. Many friends from the hotel staff have been very helpful and very polite to thank them. But some friends have to change their attitude and way of working.

A very luxury hotel with respectable stuff and especially MR FARHAT at the reception , clean and fully equiped hotel with hygene levels . Breakfast is delicious with big variety .
