I'm writing an honest review.

We really liked this apartment (room B5). I won't talk much about the location - very well located hotel 3 minutes from the waterfront.
- as we were deliberately looking for self-catering apartments with the intention of cooking ourselves, this hotel had everything to cook: oven (it was very important to us), microwave, fridge roomy, washing machine, electric kettle and gas 4 combo stove. Also frying pan, grater, cutting board, pots, etc.(Rags and tools were purchased by us)
- apartments are bright, cozy and have a large balcony.
a very pleasant staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee of Gul who always helped us with various questions and requests)). Thank you very much.
- cleaning is done on request once every 4-5 days. But there's always a mop and vacuum cleaner on the floor. We didn't break in and cleaned the room ourselves sometimes.
the water pressure is good. Hot water is always there, because the gas pump in the kitchen
- high speed stable internet
-there's heating in the room, but we didn't use
there's an iron and ironing board. Very needed and convenient

Now I'll talk about the downsides, but not so critically. I wish there were fewer of them.
- quality of bed linen and towels. Spots, holes and rags. It can't be given to residents anymore. It's a shame and shame for the hotel.
– terribly dirty sofa in white dry spots. It's not a problem to wet-clean the sofa. Honestly, it wasn't nice to sit, let alone sleep in it.
a very rigid mattress on the bed. Just like sleeping on the floor. It's impossible to sleep, it hurts your whole body. Even on a dirty couch, it was more comfortable to sleep.
- outlets come out and hang on the "snots", repair is not a great problem either.
poorly drained shower water, always damp on the floor.
We were cold at night, asking for a blanket. But since there's a man working the night who doesn't speak Russian and didn't understand our request either, he gave us a 5th waffle blanket.
Outcome:
Accommodation in Aspendos seaside we enjoyed. Our shortcomings didn't ruin our vacation. Will we want to go back? Definitely YES.

It wasn't clean.
The toilets were never clean; the trash hadn't been thrown away, we sneezed constantly from the dust, it was extremely dusty, the seats were dirty, and the floors were the same. It didn't look anything like the photo.

The apartment was very dirty and in bad shape. We were 5 but there were only 4 beds and a sofa (which were not meant for sleeping).
40 degrees heat and only one aircon working in one of the bedrooms.
No curtains in one of bedrooms with aircon not working and sound like washing machine.
No ventilation in bathroom and not even provided any toilet paper!
We arrived late night and no turned on aircon and no water in refrigerator.
We stayed at 4th floor - no elevator!!!
The area was okay and the pool usable.
I travel a lot and this place is by far the worst place I have stayed - I will not recommend to anyone.
No WIFI - we told staff and they didn’t even care.
After we left they asked us if we forgot any clothes in closed - it was some clothes that was already there when we checked in, so they didn’t even check/clean before we arrived!

Unsafisfactory
Made this booking on behalf of a friend, who had NOT a good experience at this place at all. With the exception of Manager Diana, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be a different way of treating locals, foreigners and men and women. Additionally halfway through stay, an email was received saying guest had not booked in (?) and booking was cancelled. If they fail to get the basics right all other elements of the place become invalid. Would not recommend found it all most unhelpful.
