Lovely yoga retreat

Nice spacious rooms with A/C, very clean, especially the bathroom. Easy organized transfer from the airport. Lovely and helpful staff. Food is excellent and beautiful location by the beach. Amazing quality of yoga and wellness.

Comfort, relaxation and nurturing

From the moment I arrived the staff and team were friendly and accommodating. I was doing yoga training with some of the best teachers who have your personal growth as their priority. Their knowledge and experience is amazing. The resort is clean and peaceful right on the beach. The food and rooms also amazing. Will definitely be back.

What a place...

What a magical place - I wasn't really sure what I'd actually booked as booked on whim as needed to find somewhere for 5 days before going to a super posh wellness sanctuary...but it was everything I could ask for and more. The resort (although it's not a "resort") was great, spacious, clean, modern with great facilities from the two shalas, spin studio, pools and the dining & chill out areas.
The yoga - great, skilled teachers (all through their academy) with a plentiful supply. Meditation and flow in the mornings and yin in the late afternoon with some kind of meditation before bed...and an afternoon fitness class available also by the lovely "So".
The food incredible mostly plant based and all buffet style, but of the highest standard. I have literally never enjoyed hotel food so much.
Incredible team who go that extra mile, kind and friendly.
Would have just booked this place had I known how good it was going to be.
Planing on returning next year (and I never return to places!)
Just book it.
