Great resort and exceptional staff service
We had a fantastic stay at Twinpalms Surin Beach and would happily return.
One of the highlights was an unexpected upgrade to a Pool Access Lagoon Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and really made our stay extra special. Being able to step straight from our room into the lagoon pool was fantastic. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented and very comfortable, and the direct pool access added a real sense of luxury to the experience.
The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with a relaxed and stylish atmosphere that makes it very easy to unwind. The pool and surrounding areas are excellent and never felt overly busy.
The staff were another real highlight — consistently friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from Surin Beach, with easy access to some great beach clubs and restaurants.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the overall standard of service and facilities was exactly what we were hoping for from our Phuket holiday.
Twinpalms strikes a great balance between luxury and a relaxed beach holiday. The unexpected upgrade was a particularly nice touch and greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Twinpalms to anyone looking for a high-quality resort in the Surin Beach area. We would happily stay again.

The perfect escape
An incredible solo escape from start to finish. The location was stunning - peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what I needed to properly unwind. The spa was a true highlight; I had a 90-minute massage that left me feeling completely reset, and the therapists were skilled and attentive. The food was fantastic throughout my stay, fresh and consistently well prepared. But what really stood out was the staff - warm, genuinely caring, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I left feeling more rested and recharged than I have in a very long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine retreat
