Beautiful PRIVATE condo building - DO NOT rent for less than 30 days, YOU can be arrested, this breaks the LAW!

Very well maintained building in THE PERFECT location, easy to walk everywhere.
DO NOT rent for less than 30 days, this is ILLEGAL under the "Hotels Act", and can result in YOU being arrested - despite what some people will tell you.
Great for long stay, close to everything, excellent pool and gym.
Most people are "owner occupiers", this is NOT a hotel.

This is a Condominium in Patong. Not a hotel. Your description is incorrect. Minimum rental is 30 days according to Thai Law . There is a jail term or heavy fines for rentals of less than 30 days . 30 minutes walk from shopping, hospital,beach and entertainment

BEWARE - This is NOT a Hotel or Resort - It is for Private and Long Term residence ONLY

This very private Condominium Complex has unfortunately seen many illegal short term renters (less than 30 day stay) which is ILLEGAL in Thailand.
It is NOT a hotel or resort and therefore if you are looking for shorter term accomodation then please utilise the many hundreds of hotels and resorts in Patong (and surrounding areas) which will have all the usual amenities these places have to offer verses this private complex.

Excellent location, excellent rooms, excellent facilities

This condominium is comfortable and it is simply so near to all the amenities in Patong. You get to enjoy the peacefulness of your stay yet be at close proximity to jungceylon, bangla rd, banzaan market and the hundreds of street shops. This place is excellent for long stays or short ones. There is a good reason why many hotels are built along the same stretch as this condo.

Poor quality accommodation, all facilities not available

Booked this apartment for 2 weeks 1st two weeks in December, the location is excellent, but that’s the only good thing about this place.
It was so bad we left early.
The bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep on sofa, the kitchen had very limited supplies. There was no hot water from kitchen sink to wash up. We only had hot water in shower for 2 days, even after the plumber was called.
No way would you be able to sit on the balcony as the AC unit is there and it’s like sitting in front of oven, and definitely NOT private. (See pictures attached)
The WiFi only works in corridor, these apartments are all privately owned, and are NOT supposed to be let out on short term rentals, when this was discovered the reception staff became very unhelpful.
We were issued with one tiny hand towel, and one tiny bath towel, which were not going to be changed until we asked.
If you are happy with VERY basic accommodation then this place will suit.
Personally I don’t believe it’s worth the price charged.
