I highly valued how quiet and low-key it was. I also place a high value on its
no-smoking policy. There is only one small area outside near the lobby where it is allowed. Excellent and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. I had a king size bedroom with pool access (your own deck right on the pool). Fantastic. I will definitely escape here again for a quiet getaway

Do not stay here

This hotel is only good for the instagram photos!
The bed is so hard and uncomfortable we only slept for 4 hours at a a time, wasn’t a very good start to our holiday. There was a constant loud humming noise even with the A/C switched off.
The bathroom door didn’t close properly so no privacy and the shower head sprayed everywhere but on yourselves. There was also a lot of mould in the bathroom.
The uneven surfaces made it unsafe when it was dark.
The sun loungers on the balcony although had thick padding didn’t recline so had to sit upright also our balcony only had an hour of sunshine. The other loungers round the main pool wasn’t very comfortable.
The breakfast was very lacklustre and minimal choice with undercooked pastries.
***Now this is the biggest problem I need to point out. We left our credit card as a deposit, they took a copy but when we checked out a member of staff had stole the details and used it. We had to cancel the card leaving us without a credit card for the rest of our Asia travels. So sad

Relaxing Luxurious Hotel for family of 4 from UK

If you want a little luxury, great service, delicious breakfast, super pool area, clean and quiet location with the ability to visit busier areas of Pattaya but come back to a safe relaxing environment this is the hotel for you. MIx of guests not overrun by one particular clientele- near 711 use of gym, beach and pools in nearby Z hotels - would definitely recommend.

The pool is amazing. Room very old and not in the spirit of time (only possible to charge phone on one bed aid) tv far from bed. And the main problem is the managment staff that didnt try to help.with any thing and han poor english.
Asked for late check out, eventhough the room was not booked they said no way. When i offered to pay they charged us 2500thb for late chekout in that same room....
Good potencial hope they will improve...
