Nice nature experience and also very positive treatment

Appreciated that the attitude was natural and not as superior as in some similar places.
Golf season didn't seem to have kicked off yet. We didn't see any players, but on our little walk we saw a fox, who seemed to enjoy chasing golf balls. Outside the window we had two magpies that were probably building a nest. A little further away, two horses were gymnasting. I think they wanted to take off their winter blankets, because it was so hot. On the dinner tables there were some chickens that had survived Easter.
The asparagus served was very good. That quality is hard to find out in the stores, but ours - the chicken I would have liked to replace with a detail from a larger animal. It was a bit too dry and difficult to eat. I give 4.5 points.

Hotels with potential

We stayed two people for two nights at Fågelbro manor and had a mixed experience.
Positive:
The food and breakfast were great, which was really positive and lovely during our stay.
Negative:
Unfortunately, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the dressing gowns worn, which pulled down the experience. The spa was unstaffed and felt messy and had too few sun loungers for the number of guests. In addition, baby times were not kept in spas, but we were compensated after pointing this out.
The bikes that were available to borrow were also in poor condition.
In conclusion, the hotel has potential, but there are several areas that need improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Would not recommend anyone to stay at Fågelbro. Me and my party subscribed 25 double rooms in connection with weddings and I experienced the staff at Fågelbro very unhelpful. First of all, it was difficult to get a group booking, the staff also sent an internal mail thread where I as a private person could follow their dialogue where they divided the price I would be offered. When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked and one of the double rooms was not available to my guests who had come from a long way even though they could present booking confirmation and payment. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Their most luxurious suite is not worth the price. Room service fee of 95 SEK and fee of 400 SEK for early check-in might have thought they could bid on considering all the misses they made, but not.
I would save myself the trouble of getting out to Fågelbro Manor.

Ryan air

First of all we paid significantly more than the price of ex booking when we booked directly through them, we were a wedding party of 70 guests, some of us slept 2 nights.
They have argued about just about everything as packages, extra price for shabby check-in and more. On site they had too few rooms so a couple had to travel 20 km and sleep in a school one of the nights but pay the same price.
I asked for a room next to the bride and groom (sister of the bride), I did not get it. We asked for a mirror in the room, which already existed but nobody had an eye on anything.
The only positive thing was the girl at the reception who was so nice and tried to help to the best of her ability. But I would call Fågelbr’s attitude as Ryan air right now and they need to improve a lot….

Cozy, we will go back again!

Very cozy place with nice rural room and surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and nicely cleaned. The bed was super comfortable.
Both dinner and breakfast were great, great that there was a lot of lactose free at breakfast! The spa was very nice, so lovely with the warm pool outdoors and an extra plus because you could press a button to order drinks there.
