Very comfortable suite with a stunning view of Table Mountain. Extremely helpful staff and excellent restaurants close by. Our go-to accommodation when we visit Cape Town. Strongly recommended

Our great time at mount sierra at gardens

We had a great massage session with my wife...thanks to lutho and asihle...
Vuvu was fantastic on the reception. .philiphi made us great burgers and he was very friendly

Front desk staff was super nice; the property is a bit run down, but definitely acceptable and everything worked. Front desk staff were super nice. Location of property was great and I appreciated the free/secure parking. My only real complaint is that they didn’t have a dispenser for filtered water, so we had to buy bottled water from a gas station.

Never use mount sierra

Poor service.
Had issues with the bookings department from day one. Making arrangements for overcharge and then not sticking to refund arrangements
Coffee package a waste of money. Coffee dispensed in takeaway cup and glad raped. No Coffee suger or milk replacement after the first day
