Blue On Blue meets my requirements; ideal location and great breakfast.

Blue On Blue meets my requirements; ideal location, and great breakfast.
Access to the train station, beaches, and restaurants is a great plus point. Also, safety at and around Blue On Blue seems fine.
You can see, hear, and taste the sea, and the "steps to heaven" offer great exercise and views.
Blue On Blue offers authentication, and you could be lucky to have breakfast with other nationalities.
I always go back!

Room with a view.

Excellent position on the mountainside in St James overlooking False Bay. Well maintained and clean and everything worked including Wifi. Yoliswa is an excellent hostess and was always available and accommodating and served great breakfasts as well. Also convenient is Folk Restaurant 100 metres down the hill on St James Station and close to Kalk Bay Restaurants as well.

Horrific Customer Service and manner in which they treat guests.

I am absolutely horrified at the way they treat clients and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I am actually speechless. My clients arrived at just before 12pm on the 18th of June, which they knew was before check in time, but they wanted to drop their bags off in the meantime. At the main gate into the property, they were told through the intercom there is no booking for them, they full. My client told the lady they have a voucher showing a confirmed booking through Expedia, and she responded saying they must phone Expedia and get their money back because they full. She did not even bother to let my clients in and communicate face to face with them. I then phoned the property and said to her there must be a misunderstanding or miscommunication as my client is booked to stay there...she screamed at me and told me they full, I must find somewhere else and then shouted out "Security tell that lady she is not coming in because we full"and put down the phone. I tried to phone the property a few times thereafter and they didnt answer. I am not sure how this place is even still in business!!!!
