As in family

Fantastic experience as in family. We spent 2 nights there. Typical guesthouse 2 steps from the sea. Like 50 meters. On 3 levels. We chose the room with the balcony. It was complete with everything.
The rich breakfast with choice.

Not very pleasant impressions

We booked the room for two nights via booking, when we arrived the host tell us that our room is occupied. The rooms that he proposed us instead were much worse that we booked. We chose the room (we were too tired to looking for some else hotel). In a bathroom we found a lot of hair in a shower drain, and a soap was with someone 's hair that is disgusting. I think this tells a lot about cleanliness. The villa located far away from the main beaches, shops and restaurants (if you have a bike it is not a problem). We also were surprised by the mass(liturgy) in the local catholic st. Saint Sebastian church which is started in 7 pm and 5 am and spreads throughout via megafons. So this is our not very pleasant impressions from this place.

Thoroughly recommended

The decor and cleanliness is immaculate. Set in a pleasant garden, a traditional frontage building with a modern extension attached to the rear. Delightful decor, quiet air con, lovely staff. Breakfast satisfactory maybe poached or scrambled eggs would be a nice option.
Just arrived or on way home this is a great place to stay and feel comfortable.
Yes some rundown houses amongst upmarket dwellings but no worries. Best beach with cafes is 20 mins walk along coast or tuctuc 150 rupees.pmtonthere and many restaurants

Nice one

The boss welcomed me at midnight after I made a telephone call from the airport. This is the nicest thing.room is clean and the breakfast is also nice. Of course you can find better price online . But I arrive at midnight. And the boss pickup my phone call and open the gate for me at 1.30am. Just pay 5000 rupee a bit higher. and shower is good. The family is nice.

Clean, beautiful and close to center

Friendly and helpful hosts, clean rooms & nice shower. Couln’t figure out the A/C but the fan worked fine. Expensive breakfast but you can bring your own. Calm location and close to centre and restaurants.
