Great service!

I just got the Laundry service from this place & it was quick and very clean! Thx! I totalny recommened as a friendly stuff and beautiful view. Just 600 per kilo and they clean all in one day. IF You need a good Laundry that is a place! Hopę You like it as I am! Good luck with others!

Laundry service review

We have not slept here, but have used the laundry service. We found this service on the road opposite our hotel. The Cubes hotel is also recommended. This one was more than perfect. And the price too! 700 slr per kg. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, great service, excellent value.

The owner contacted us after we had booked and offered a complimentary pick up service from Ella railway which was nice. They also gave us free water when we arrived.
The room was very clean and cool, the bed was comfy with a mosquito net and the shower was hot.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. They gave lots of advice on things to do in the area and how to get around.
We rented a scooter from them for the day which was a good way to get around and see nine arch bridge and little Adams peak.
They offer a laundry service which was ok. My whites came back dirtier than they went and nothing smelt ‘fresh’ like laundry fragrance. At 400rs per kilo I was expecting a little better but desperately needed clean clothes and everywhere in Ella is expensive for laundry.
Breakfast was nice each morning. Lots of Sri Lankan favourites like pancakes and coconut rotis with fruit, eggs and tea.
The guesthouse is a little way out of town (more than a 30 minute uphill walk to Ella) which is nice to be away from the tourist area. Expect to pay 300-500rs in a tuktuk one way.

Bad service,there is no safety.

I visited this place last week.it was very ugly place to stay.rooms also very dirty and smell.they don't know how to deal with the guest.the owner also full alcoholic.we can't stay with family and couples also.there is no safety.
Please before you book this place..think twice.because there are so many good places in Ella.
