Coffee Shop

Stopped by Nippon Hotel for a quick cup of tea, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The coffee shop is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea with some delicious snacks. The place was exceptionally clean, and the pastries were absolutely amazing.
The prices are also very reasonable compared to other places in the area. The hotel itself is well-maintained and spotless, with a beautiful colonial-style architecture that adds to its charm.
Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing tea break. Highly recommended!

Nippon the worst hotel in Colombo srilanka

Absolutely pathetic international stay experience at Nippon, not worth at all, Stsfd including the GM , they don’t care about any thing, unuusual struggles are AC not working, fight for getting towel

Budget Hotel

Beautiful Budget Hotel in Downtown Colombo , Walking distance beach and Gangaramaya Temple , Restaurant and Bar is additional. Nice Staff and Delicious Breakfast . Highly Recommended

Horrible customer service at Hotel Nippon Cafe

On 27th of October, I walked into Hotel Nippon around 12:30pm hoping to grab something to eat. The restaurant manager wan nice and explained about the buffet lunch which I was not very keen on. I walked into the Hotel Nippon Cafe which is located in the same building. There were 3 staff members working behind the counter. I stood in front of the counter for several minutes. None of the staff said hello. 2 of the staff members had their own conversations going without giving any regards to the customer. And I was the only one waiting to be served. I walked out of the place never to return.
