Very good hotel in an excellent location.

A very good value for money hotel. We stayed in a club room, it was clean comfortable and quiet. The service was excellent and the club room facilities very good. Canapés and drinks were excellent. The location of the hotel very good and near to the MRT.

Second Stay, Same Great Experience at Concorde Hotel Singapore

My recent stay at the Concorde Hotel Singapore was once again a very pleasant experience—this being my second time here, and certainly not my last.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional comfort of the pillows. I had such a wonderful night’s sleep each day, which really made a difference after long days out in the city.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. Stepping out directly onto Orchard Road makes shopping, dining, and getting around so effortless.
The internet connection was also excellent—fast, reliable, and seamless throughout most of my stay and in all areas -- except in the gym. It would be better if the same strong connection would be made available there as well.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently attentive, helpful, and thoughtful. On rainy afternoons, they kindly offered umbrellas without hesitation, and housekeeping was always prompt and accommodating whenever needed.
The overall atmosphere feels warm and welcoming—almost like a home away from home. A special shout out goes to the lovely Rita at Spices Cafe of the hotel, whose cheerful smile each morning before breakfast made the experience even more memorable. Her friendly chats and genuine hospitality added a personal touch that I truly appreciated.
I will definitely be staying here again and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Singapore.

A very good hotel to stay especially if you prefer big rooms.

Nice location, clean big rooms, great service, staff at the restaurant was excellent. Food was good. Quiet and calm atmosphere, good value. Rita and Rahimah at the Spices restaurant were lovely, welcoming and always took care of us. Their other team members were also very prompt and polite with service.

The property doesn’t have too many amenities compared to the cost. The breakfast spread is also very limited. Nothing bad but other hotels are better at the same price.

Good location

A great location on Orchard road.
Friendly staff, clean room and good food in the restaurant.
A great outdoor swimming pool and a gym.
