Outstanding Service and Pet-Friendly

The staff at Premier Hotel Rus provide excellent service and really go the extra mile. The concierge, Serhii, has been especially outstanding—he is attentive, resourceful, and communicates in fluent English, which made everything much easier for me as a non-Ukrainian speaker. He handled my questions and arranged things smoothly that otherwise would have been difficult to navigate. The entire front desk team deserves recognition for their professionalism. On top of that, I was delighted to find how welcoming the hotel is to guests traveling with pets. A wonderful experience all around, and highly recommended!

Excellent hotel

Cozy hotel with delicious and varied breakfasts. Located in the central part of the city, in walking distance the main attractions, shops, waterfront. Clean room. Thank you very much for your daily quality cleaning.

I liked it all. I can recommend you to stay.

Nice location, downtown. The room is cozy, clean. All the appliances in the room and bathroom are working. Comfortable mattresses and snow-white underwear. The bathroom had hygiene products in individual packaging. The only thing is, with a kettle in the room, there wasn't enough tea or coffee. Breakfast was included in the price, very convenient.

Impressions left only the most positive!!!

Wide beds, soft blankets, good mattresses, soft pillows, soft towels. Rooms have kettles, but somehow not all. There are also mini fridges in the rooms, which is very convenient!!! Nearby is Kirov Square. I'll be coming again!!!
