Great place

Absolutely a great hotel, from checking in and arranging car parking prior the staff were fantastic, the accommodation was spotless and above expectations, everything you need.
Will certainly be back and would like to thank Rosie the receptionist, very helpful.

Our room was OK but a bit cramped compared to the photos.
Onsite parking was good and easy to access and the bed was firm enough (though very squeaky).
The kitchenette had a microwave and freezer less fridge. We had some random cutlery and mismatched glasses, some of which were left in the drying rack when we arrived.
We had no tea towels to dry our washing up and our room was not serviced at all.
The property is a convenient walk to the old part of town and there is a nice pub with door and beer garden down the road.

Don't have Room 13. Tiny double bed, no access to one side, no plugs in a convenient place, no bed side tables, shower old and door broken. No curtains, blinds only so daylight at 4.30am. Won't be going back.

Don’t be fooled by low score.

I really can’t understand the low score for this hotel. Hotel is super good value for the money. . My room and en-suite were spacious and clean I also had a kitchenette which was brilliant as I was in Norwich for 4 nights. Free parking which is an asset in Norwich and the hotel is next to the beautiful Plantation Gardens.
Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and I was able to leave my car in the carpark after check out .

Solo short stay, escaping a difficult time of my life. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, looked after me very well and made me feel safe.
