Luxurious stay at a fantastic place

This is the nicest air BNB I've ever stayed at. The location is amazing, the view from the apartment is amazing. Smart TV with a wide , wide range of channels /streaming services, a large bath , super comfortable beds , pillows , a beautiful selection of teas , coffees ,snacks , a really spacious open plan living and kitchen area , access to a store room if you need extra toilet paper ect , kettle , dishwasher, ironing board ,hair dryer , towels ,washing machine, utensils ect all provided. Gated access. Absolutely amazing.

AWFUL PLACE TO STAY

Terrible customer service. If you choose to go here make sure you have multiple forms of ID as they are likely to refuse and still charge for your stay.
There is a large form to fill out and security check before you can enter.
They don’t refund if you don’t pass it.
BE AWARE.

Overall, disappointed.

Firstly, the smell of drugs is bad, really bad and isn't from outside, as some reviews have mentioned. It's from inside the building. The building is not occupied by just Kula. There private owners/tenants there.
Easy to get to and very close to Market Street tram stop. Getting in to the building is via a rear entrance and it is well lit. The instructions are easy to follow. There are a lot bins at the rear and, as a result, lots of rats. But they are away from the entrance and a lot of rat traps can be seen.
It is a good alternative to a hotel. Nice big TV with plenty of viewing options. Towels provided but they are very basic and thin. Good shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
A hand towel and cloth in the kitchen would be good. The little sachets of milk aren't enough, too small. Some aircon and control over heating is needed. I wouldn't want to be in there during a heatwave. One cooling fan isn't sufficient.
Before arrival, I sent an email to Kula with a very simple question about the apartment. No reply. Rude.

Fantastic

A beautiful well thought out apartment. We had the top floor so a balcony also. The lane to get to the apartment was less than attractive, urine , vomit and suchlike. The entrance actually can be done through two lanes and the one at the back is far better than at the side. If they moved the bins this could work
As far as the apartment couldn’t fault it. Generous rooms and lovely bathroom. Easy to get to and right in middle of everything. Perfect for the AO and the trains.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again
