Amazing visit

Started my visit with a spa day, I had chosen a back, neck and hair massage it was amazing Abbie was really good knew how to sort my back out. Had a light lunch and it was lovely. Spent a few hours using all the facilities pool, sauna and steam room but the jacuzzi was my favourite.
Then we checked in at 3pm to our room and it was lovely and big everything you needed beautiful views. Headed to the bar and got a bottle of wine and sat on the green as it was such a beautiful day amazing views again and all the staff were so attentive special mention to Liz on reception she goes above and beyond and so friendly.
Had a lovely evening meal, steak was cooked to perfection and dessert was so nice again all the staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you.
Slept like a baby had a wonderful visit already wanting to go back
Thank you everyone at the Cwrt Bleddyn definitely seeing you all again soon.

Dirty, poorly maintained. In urgent need of improvement.

Whilst the room was large, it was not well maintained or thoughtfully designed. The entire property appears tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The toilet roll holder had broken and toilet roll was simply placed on the window sill, the door lock did not sit in the frame properly (Which easily could have left the room openly accessible to others), and there was a fly problem throughout. Some areas of the room had not been cleaned for some time. Until this hotel has a serious renovation, I could not recommend staying there.

Wedding day at Cwrt Bleddyn

We got married at Cwrt Bleddyn on the 15th August . The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. All our guests really enjoyed themselves and quite a few stayed at the hotel too. They commented on how beautiful the hotel and grounds are and the whole venue was spotlessly clean. My husband and I will definitely be back .

Family mini break

I went recently for a mini break with my mother and daughter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel in beautiful surroundings. Use of the spa and breakfast were included in the price we paid. We booked directly which I would definitely recommend as they gave us a much better price and room than a third party. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My daughter accidentally left her purse in the room and the receptionist phoned us straight away after the cleaner found it. Very trustworthy service!
We would love to stay again.

Not good

Cwrt bleddyn Usk not good room walls sad and cold shower was broken payed full price jacuzzi out off order sauna wood all broken spa not man at all couldn’t book treatment very expensive for what it is breakfast was good power compliment coffee and things in room no thinks in bathroom not good
