Stay on top!

With my sister we stayed 10 days in Rotana the welcome was exceptional , the staff was super, very attentive .
Many thanks to Jacob, Kerehne, Osé, Herold, and the person responsible for the breakfast. An amazing team.

Best experience ever

I spent almost four days in this hotel and my experience was really remarkable.
Every morning, at the Caprice All Day Dining restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by Madame Alicia and the entire breakfast team.
Madame Alicia is an exceptional lady. From day one, she remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile and a lot of attention, taking the time to ask if everything was okay. It’s little touches that make all the difference.
The breakfast is really excellent and delicious, with very good service and a team full of kindness.
If I return to Kinshasa, I will not hesitate to stay again in this hotel. I will miss Mrs Alicia and the whole breakfast team.
Thank you for such a warm welcome.

Staff attention to details, amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location and I special shout out to Jeremy, Mr Christian and all the staff during breakfast. We really felt welcome and any queries we had was dealt with promptly! The suite was clean and spacious, reception staff were very helpful and courteous.
