Unique experience in the best location
A stylish building with 4 beautiful thematic decorated apartments, one per floor with a private elevator that was perfectly suited for our family stay during a week.
The location is simply unbeatable in the very heart of the charming historical center with everything at a very short walking distance such as shops, supermarket, restaurants, public transports, museums, and so many local attractions.
Views from the apartments are great over Rua Augusta.
We also enjoyed the comfort in these apartments.
Besides the attention from the staff to fulfill all our requests, it was good to notice that everything in regards to our stay, was prepared under strict procedures to assure our safety and privacy even more during the current times.
This is a real gem in Lisboa, and from now on, our choice to stay when will visit the city again.
Thanks for this wonderful experience of staying at home away from our home.

Perfect location
This flat is perfectly situated in the heart of Lisbon, an elevator takes you to 4th floor and there is an irongate... Big lock.
The flat is very nicely decorated, or in the trade of leather. We rented this flat because of the location AND balcony, sorry to say the balcony was so narrow it could not be used. The flat has everything you need, except dishwasher, so you are in good hands.
Our landlord Miguel was so very nice and helpful, her did all in his power to make us comfortable, and he suceded, thank you.
To summarize, very nice apartment in a perfect spot, we lack a large balcony and dishwasher with respect to a quite heavy pricetag.

リスボン観光に絶対オススメのアパートメントです。私達は4泊しました。初日、空港出迎えのオプションを頼みました。飛行機が大幅に遅延して、深夜過ぎにリスボン空港に着陸し、アパートメントに到着したのは深夜２時過ぎでした。オーナー夫婦は遅くまでいろいろ対応してもらい、とても親切でした。アパートメントの立地が素晴らしくて、市内ほとんどの観光スポットまで歩いて行けます。フルキッチン付きで広い間取り、徒歩10分でリスボンの台所と言われるRibeira市場があるので、地元の食材を市場で購入して、色々なジャンルのストーリーミュージックを聴きながら朝食を作るのが楽しかったです。さらにオーナー夫婦のおもてなしが素晴らしく、観光スポットや美味しい地元料理の店などに関し、いろいろと耳寄りな情報をいただき、とても助かりました！ホテルでなくでもこのアパートメントで非日常的な旅ライフが満喫できました。オーナー夫婦のMiguel and Vanna、ありがとうございます！
I highly recommend this apartment, it is a really a amazing apartment for traveling in Lisbon. We spent 4 wonderful nights in there.
The first day, we arrived Lisbon in midnight because of flight delay, host couple gave us a warmly welcoming.
Convenience location where you can go to almost sightseeing points by walk from apartment. Excellent equipment with full kitchen, we enjoyed Riberla local food market shopping and listen to the street music at cook breakfast.
Moreover, very warm host couple who give us a lot of hot tips about sightseeing and delicious local food restaurants. Thank you very much Miguel and Vanna, we have a wonderful time in your apartment!

perfection in every detail
An outstanding location, ideal to discovery the city of Lisbon in a very easy way because the building is just in the middle of everything with good restaurants, shops, monuments and all kind of public transportation available within 2 minutes walking distance.
The decoration of the apartment was superb, with a countless number of unique details that easy capted our attention and is also very well equipped which helped us a lot go get all the comfort we usually don´t find when we stay in hotels besides of course the size of the apartment that offers much more space than an hotel room or most of them.
the bed was one of the best where we ever slept.
above all of this the hosts Miguel and Vanna were simply amazing with us providing a very complete information about the apartment and especially giving us the best tips to get the best of Lisbon.
An unforgettable experience that we will repeat for sure in our next visit.

Excellent location and accomodation
Miguel the proprietor was extremely welcoming and friendly. Picked us up at the airport and gave a little tour prior to arriving at the property. The room itself is wonderful. Very well appointed and designed (although no clothes washer.) The apartment was large, accommodating my daughter in the living room on a large pullout couch, and the parents in a master bedroom. The location CANNOT be beat...it is right in the heart of Lisbon. This means that you DO hear the street level activities, until about 11 at night when it dies down. Miguel also accommodated our late checkout, holding our luggage in another suite while we toured the city on our last day in Lisbon. Two strong air conditioning units, digital TV, well stocked kitchen, clean and bright and large bathroom, and lots of windows allows PLENTY of sunlight into the room, and nice views of the pedestrian street below. I would heavily recommend this property, in lieu of a traditional hotel.
