Central to our Cusco experience

Excellent location - easy walk to Plaza del Armes and surrounds. Comfortable, decent sized room. The first room we were in didn't have a kettle (but boiling water is available in the reception area 24/7), after returning from a night at Aguas Caliente, our second room did have a kettle. A little noise from neighbouring rooms and passage way, but nothing that detracts from a good night's sleep. Caring service, nothing was too much trouble. We only had breakfasts - simple, perfectly adequate. This hotel was central to our spectacular Cusco experience. I would highly recommend it.

Comfortable, clean, great service, great breakfast. Central location to everything. Inclusive and friendly staff. Quiet. I would stay here again. Thank you for arranging a taxi for us.

Perfect location

Excellent hotel, the only downside is that it does not have heating, only a small heater in the room.
All the receptionists are very friendly.
The breakfast is very good and plentiful.

Great experience at Suenos del Inka hotel

I had an great experience at Sueños del Inka Hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Viviana. She went above and beyond with helping me get the hotel booked, and once I arrived she consistently helped me plan daily activities, offered great recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time in Cusco. Anna, Frank, and the other staff members were also extremely helpful during my stay there.
Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay significantly better. The food at the restaurant was also very good. Sueños del Inka is a wonderful hotel with great staff. I highly recommend staying there.
