I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama!! The staff was very friendly and warm made you feel like you were at home.

The best thing is the hotel staff

Excellent treatment by the staff. Everyone was very kind... they were renovating it when we went, breakfast was okay, they could have more options but it gets by. The rooms were comfortable with a bit of a musty smell at first, then you get used to it. During the day it's a very busy area and at night it looks like it's somewhat dangerous (I clarify we only stayed 2 nights), there are several casinos in the surrounding area.

Great location

It's a very convenient location; it's easy to find transportation and food. We rented a suite, but the facilities were a bit dirty. There were three of us, and they didn't provide extra sheets, so we had to prepared it by our own instead of housekeeping do it. The room wasn't soundproof, and the car noise downstairs was quite loud. If you're sensitive to noise, I suggest you consider this place. It's not 5 stars; I'd only give it 3 stars.

I would give 5 stars over all because I really like this hotel. This was my second time in Panama and I stayed here both times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always great. The hotel in general is always clean and has nice modern decor. My only issue is that the room had not been swept for the 7 days I stayed there. I know this for sure. However, I know that this is an issue that can be rectified and overall I love this place and would would stay there each and every time.

Would certainly stay here again

Had a three night stay here. On arrival we were greeted by welcoming, friendly staff and all procedures were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our large bedroom and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Our evening meal in the restaurant was tasty and my wife was able to have a Gluten Free option. Breakfast was just as good. The bar was staffed by friendly staff and had a very good atmosphere. There is also a gymnasium and an outdoor pool (with good views of the city) with its own bar. The hotel is also situated in an area where there are other restaurants, should you not wish to use the hotel’s own restaurant. Would certainly stay here again.
