Peace in the garden

Beautiful property, the room (Tui Lodge) was above a garage/workshop.
Reasonable size room, nice bathroom, had limited storage space (we made it work)
Couple of chairs to relax and watch TV, outside table and chairs + inside table and chairs (adequate space to eat)
A cupboard exists that has a kettle, toaster, coffee m/c, fridge and hamper with breakfast supplies. (more than adequate/topped up daily)
The more we stayed at the property, the more we became relaxed, It is well located for the coast and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Brenton Lodge.
If you want to relax, this is a good place to be, the owners Kerri and Neville are there if you need them, however leave you well alone.
Really recommend this place, contact them direct to book for best deals.

Fabulous property

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Our hosts were wonderful and very friendly. They were very accommodating during the tropical storm we experienced while staying there. The cabin we stayed in was clean, well maintained and well stocked for breakfast. The cookies were the best we ever tasted!! We highly recommend this property and we will certainly stay here again when we are next in Whangamata.

Wonderful hosts…

Small private suite, very tastefully done and well stocked. We used it as a base to tour the Coromandal Peninsula and visit nearby Whangamata. The sunrise and early morning birdsong in the garden are spectacular

Outstanding - just amazing!!!

Amazing little get away!! Fantastic people, stunning location and rooms. Absolutely recommended!! We will come again!! Only place we had the best night sleep on our three weeks travel yet… absolutely outstanding!!
…..little tip… eat early in town, get a nice bottle of wine and get back to the place to enjoy the view, silence and the stars ✨

Great B& B, can highly recommend!

This is a lovely bed and breakfast. Our room was on the first floor and our terrace was almost in among the trees where several fantails came close, letting us see them easily. The breakfast cupboard was really well stocked. The towels were thick and fluffy and the bed was very comfy. The lodges are set in a lovely garden and there is also a swimming pool. We can highly recommend this B & B! We only stayed one night but would happily have stayed there longer.
