Robbers' Paradise, hotel colaboration

Bad location, robbers heaven!
We were robbed literally 5 minutes after leaving the room for breakfast. I was lucky enough to see the video footage of the badly-angled-cameras... I clearly see the robber, leaving with my bag on his back. On the footage, we see the robber going to the room twice before leaving with our stuff. No forced entry, so it looks like the cleaning lady opened the door for him and the clerc at reception was on watch for our return.
Hotel cooperated with us until we asked for an incident report. 911 sent two police officers, we were given a report number, but not a report. We called the local police, same result.

Hotel was nice it looked more like a Motel than a Hotel. Service staff was nice. They charge me more once I got to the place allegedly taxes.

Don't go!

Don't think about going! It's the worst thing there is, total disgust. It is in one of the worst areas that exist in the city, besides that the treatment is horrible, there is prostitution and drugs.......... the rooms are horrible, the woman who attends also
